Collection and usage of personal information

Personal information (name, company name, E-mail address, etc.) collected will be used for the purpose of sending out this survey's results and for provision of information by Recruit Group/RGF International Recruitment. As a general rule, the information will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above, and will not be provided to any third party without the consent of the individual that provided the information. However, in the event that all or part of operations (such as information processing) are delegated to an outside party, personal information may be disclosed that delegated party. If personal information will be disclosed, the delegated party will be selected based on the condition that they have adequate privacy protection standards and the information will only be disclosed upon entering a non-disclosure agreement. Recruit Group/RGF International Recruitment will continuously take necessary technical and organizational safety measures to ensure the security of personal information held by us against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage.
