History

Founded in 1960, the Recruit Group started as a business focused on recruitment advertising that targeted university students. Recruit has since expanded into other human resource and lifestyle related services.

RGF was formed as the International Recruitment Business division in 2006 to expand permanent recruitment services outside Japan. RGF has grown organically and through acquisitions with 17 cities across Asia with the intention to expand to other markets and regions.

1996 Bo Le founded in Shanghai.
CDS founded in Tokyo providing executive search services for global companies (became Recruit Group company in 2008). 1998
2006 Launched recruitment service for Japanese multinational companies in China.

2009 BRecruit Founded in Shanghai.
Recruit chose RGF as a global brand; Recruit expanded recruitment service across China as RGF. 2009
2010 RGF partnered with Bó Lè Associates, the No.1 executive search company in China; RGF expanded its executive search business to Southeast Asia.
RGF opened Hong Kong and Singapore offices. 2010
2011 RGF opened Vietnam, India, and Japan offices; RGF coverage spread throughout Asia and all job functions.
Recruit group acquired Bó Lè Associates, a leading executive search firm in China and Southeast Asian countries. 2013
2013 Recruit group acquired NuGrid Consultng Private Limited, the franchise operations of a leading search firm in India (rebranded to RGF Executive Search India) and expanded the operations in India to seven cities.
RGF opened Bangkok and Hanoi offices. 2014
2018 RGF launches new service brands.
