【Consent】

You consent that your personal data as described in “Personal Data We Collect” may be collected, processed, stored, used, disclosed, shared and transferred by Recruit and its subsidiaries or related companies and their service providers and agents or any other persons specified in “How We Share Your Personal Data” for the purposes set out in “How We Use Your Personal Data” of the Global Privacy Policy.

【Other regulations】

You represent that none of your personal data collected by Recruit is a state secret under Vietnamese law.

If you and Recruit enter into an employment contract, Recruit will also be entitled to collect your personal data as provided in Article 16.2 of the Labor Code 2019 in addition to the personal data collected by Recruit under “Personal Data We Collect”.

We may collect, retain and disclose your information upon reasonable request of the competent authority without your consent in accordance with applicable laws from time to time.
