【Consent】
You consent that your personal data as described in “Personal Data We Collect” may be collected, processed, stored, used, disclosed, shared and transferred by RGF and its subsidiaries or related companies and their service providers and agents or any other persons specified in “How We Share Your Personal Data” for the purposes set out in “How We Use Your Personal Data” of the Global Privacy Policy.
【Other regulations】
You represent that none of your personal data collected by RGF is a state secret under Vietnamese law.
If you and RGF enter into an employment contract, RGF will also be entitled to collect your personal data as provided in Article 16.2 of the Labor Code 2019 in addition to the personal data collected by RGF under “Personal Data We Collect”.
We may collect, retain and disclose your information upon reasonable request of the competent authority without your consent in accordance with applicable laws from time to time.

【Sự đồng ý】 Bạn đồng ý rằng dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn như được mô tả trong mục “Dữ liệu cá nhân chúng tôi thu thập” có thể được thu thập, xử lý, lưu trữ, sử dụng, tiết lộ, chia sẻ và chuyển giao bởi RGF, các công ty con hoặc các công ty liên quan, các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ và đại lý của họ, hoặc bất kỳ cá nhân nào khác được quy định trong mục “Cách chúng tôi chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn” cho các mục đích được nêu tại mục “Cách chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn” trong Chính sách Bảo mật Toàn cầu.
【Các quy định khác】 Bạn cam đoan rằng không có dữ liệu cá nhân nào của bạn do RGF thu thập thuộc phạm vi bí mật nhà nước theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
Trong trường hợp bạn và RGF giao kết hợp đồng lao động, ngoài những dữ liệu cá nhân mà RGF thu thập theo mục “Dữ liệu cá nhân chúng tôi thu thập”, RGF cũng có quyền thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn theo quy định tại Điều 16.2 của Bộ luật Lao động 2019.
Chúng tôi có thể thu thập, lưu trữ và tiết lộ thông tin của bạn theo yêu cầu hợp lý của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền mà không cần sự đồng ý của bạn, phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật hiện hành tại từng thời điểm.
